The Audit Queue displays all audit records accessible to the logged-in user. Use this list to view, search, filter, and take action on audit activities throughout your organization. This page provides a real-time, sortable view of audits and supports quick access to relevant audit records and reporting functions.
Create Audit
Use the Create button to create a new audit record by entering required details and configuring applicable audit parameters. Users can define the audit scope, assign relevant information, and initiate the audit workflow from a centralized interface.
Search Bar
Use the Search bar at the top of the Audit Queue to quickly locate audits within the current view. Type a keyword and press Enter. Results reflect any applied filters or saved view settings.
Filters
The Filters panel on the left lets you refine the Audit Queue results using selected criteria. Choose from available filter options such as Overdue, Auditee & Audit Type, Grade, Due & Completion Date Range, Status, Department, Category, Locations, and other audit queue attributes to narrow the list. Filters apply immediately and update the Queue in real time. Select Reset to clear all applied filters.
Review Audit
- Each row in the table represents an audit record.
- Columns may include Audit Title, Audit Type, Provider/Coder, Category, Person Responsible, Date Created, Due Date, Completion date, Status, Location, and other configured fields.

You can sort by selecting any column header and resizing columns to adjust their widths for better visibility.
Working with Audit

Click the desired Audit area to open the Audit Details page.

Charts
Charts allow users to visualize audit data directly from the Audit Queue. They automatically reflect applied filters, selected columns, and date range, ensuring consistency with the data displayed in the queue. Charts update in real time as the view changes, providing clear and presentation-ready insights for analysis.
Edit Columns
The Edit Columns option allows users to customize the Audit Queue view by selecting, hiding, and reordering columns. This helps tailor the queue layout to match individual workflows and improve visibility of relevant audit information.
Download
The Download Settings option allows users to export audit data and attachments from the Audit Queue. Users can choose the file format, records, fields, and attachment types to include in the download, supporting reporting, auditing, and offline review needs.
Saved View
Saved Views allow users to save the current Audit Queue configuration, including filters and column settings, for quick access from the Saved Views list.
