In Compliance Manager, users can create projects that link directly to Audit Manager. The Compliance Manager essentially creates a shell for the audit project, which is then executed in Audit Manager.
Once the connected Audit Manager project is complete, the results and report are automatically made available in the corresponding Compliance Manager audit, and the audit status updates to Complete.
For customers using both applications:
- When an Audit Manager project is completed, its Audit Detail Report becomes available in Compliance Manager.
- The report is accessible to users with the required access on the Audit Details page in Compliance Manager, under the Audit Manager section.
- Audit results display as Pass or Fail (based on the pass rate set in Audit Manager) and include a completion date.
- Authorized users can edit findings in Compliance Manager to add notes or make additional edits.
User Permissions Required
To view an Audit Manager report attached to a Compliance Manager audit, users must have the following permissions:
- Audit Manager Permissions: Super Admin or Admin
- Compliance Manager Permissions: Admin or Manager (Full Access or Audit)
Both sets of permissions are required to ensure full access to the connected audits.
Follow the steps below to create CM Audit:
- Navigate to My Workspace → Audits and select Create New Audit from the Overview dashboard.
- Select Audit Type and choose either Coder or Provider to pick from a list of Audit Manager audit projects.
- When the audit details are created in Compliance Manager, a corresponding audit project is automatically created in Audit Manager.
- Click Submit.
