This article guides users on how to duplicate an audit, allowing them to quickly create a new one based on an existing one without starting from scratch.
Follow the steps below to duplicate an audit from Existing Audits:
- Navigate to My Workspace
Audits to access the Audit Queue page.
- Select the audit you want to duplicate from your queue to open the audit details page. You can also use the filter from the left panel or use the search bar to find the desired audit.
- Navigate to the More Options icon in the top-right corner and select Duplicate Audit to create a new audit record with the exact same details as the one currently displayed.
- Users can update any information on the Duplicate Audit page as needed.
- Click Submit to save the duplicate audit details.
Follow the steps below to duplicate an audit while creating a New Audit:
- Navigate to My Workspace
Audits to access the Audit Queue page.
- Click the Create button to create a new audit.
- To begin, select the Location to audit, then choose a template from the drop-down menu. The template specifies the data required for the audit.
- Click on Create from Existing Audit to duplicate an existing audit.
- Select the appropriate Audit Type from the drop-down.
- Pick the relevant audit Category.
Select the desired Audit Name to identify the new audit.
ℹ️ Notes- Audits that begin with numbers appear first and are sorted numerically.
- All remaining audits are listed afterward in alphabetical order from A to Z.
- Click Duplicate to import all original audit details.
