This article explains how to complete an audit, ensuring all steps and checks are documented to maintain accuracy, compliance, and accountability.
Follow the steps below to complete an audit:
- Navigate to My Workspace
Audits to access the Audit Queue page.
- Select the desired audit from the Audit Queue. You can use the filters in the left panel or the search bar to quickly locate a specific audit. The Audit Details page opens.
- Navigate to the More Options icon and select Perform Audit from the menu.
- Choose the Completion Date for the audit.
- Select the Grade as Pass or Fail.
- Enter Scoring notes to document details related to the audit scoring.
- Add Observations, noting any critical findings.
- Enter the Incidents Reporting and Management Details, if applicable.
Record the Results to summarize the final outcome of the audit.
ℹ️ NotesThe Perform Audit option is available only after the audit is submitted and is not accessible while the audit is in Draft mode.- Click Save and Complete to finish the audit, or click Save as Draft to save your entries and return later to complete it.
