Audit Queue Filters

The Audit Queue Filters allow users to refine audit records using multiple filter criteria. Filters apply immediately and update the Queue results in real time. All filtering is performed from the left-side Filters panel.

Follow these steps to start using the Filters:

1. Navigate to the My Workspace Audits. The Audit Queue page will be displayed by default.
2. Select one or more desired filters from the Filters panel:
   1. Overdue: Toggle Overdue to display only audits that are past their due date.
   2. Auditee Type: Filter audits by auditee classification:
      • Member
      • Provider
      • Organization
      • Multiple selections are supported.
   3. Grade: Filter audits by outcome:
      • Pass

      • Failed

        

   4. Due Date Range: Refine audits based on due date.
      • Preset Options (Radio Buttons):
        • 30 Days - Automatically populates Start and End dates based on today.
        • 60 Days - Automatically populates Start and End dates based on today.
      • Manual Date Entry:
        • Enter a Start date.
        • Enter an End date.
        • Manual dates remain editable even after selecting a preset range.
   5. Completion Date Range: Filter audits based on completion dates by entering:
      • Start date
      • End date
   6. Audit Type:  Filter by configured audit types (e.g., Coder, External, Internal, Provider, Third Party). A search field is available to quickly locate specific audit types.
   7. Status: Filter audits by current status:
      • Assigned
      • Completed
      • Deleted
      • Draft
      • A search field is available to narrow status selections.
   8. Department: Filter audits by department. Includes a search field for quick selection.
   9. Category: Filter audits by category. Includes a searchable list of available categories.

   10. Locations: Filter audits by location. Includes a search field for faster selection.

       

   11. Audit Characteristics: Toggle filters include:
       1. ACP/Legal
       2. Recurring
       3. CM Audits
       4. AM Audits
   12. Provider/Coder: Filter audits by associated provider or coder using the available search field.
   13. Reset:  Select Reset at the top of the Filters panel to clear all applied filters and return to the full Audit Queue list.
