The Download Settings window lets users export queue page data using selected filters, records, fields, and attachments. This option is useful for reporting, offline review, and auditing.
- The Download Settings functionality is currently available only in the Incident Queue and Audit Queue pages.
- For reference, the example images shown below are from the Incident Queue page.
Follow these steps to access Download Settings:
- Navigate to the Queue page in the Incident or Audit module.
- Apply the required filters or set the required column in the desired Queue page.
Click the Download button. The Download Settings window opens.
- Select the file format for the exported data:
- XLSX (.xlsx) - Exports data to an Excel file.
- CSV (.csv) - Exports data as a comma-separated values file.
PDF (.pdf) - Exports data as a read-only PDF document for sharing and record-keeping.
ℹ️ NotesThe Download screen displays an estimated file size that updates as export options are changed, providing visibility into the expected download size.
- Choose which Records to include in the download.
- Filtered Records - Downloads only the data currently displayed based on applied filters.
- Selected Records - Downloads only the data manually selected using checkboxes.
All Records - Downloads all data available in the Queue, regardless of filters.
- Specify which Fields should be included in the export for XLSX and CSV formats.
- Displayed Fields – Downloads only the fields currently visible in the Queue grid.
All Fields – Downloads all available data fields, including those not displayed in the grid.
Choose the desired sections to be included in the download, available only in PDF format.
Select the types of attachments to include in the download, such as Images, Documents, Emails, Video Files, and Audio Files.
ℹ️ NotesWhen attachments are selected, each Incident or Audit is exported into its own folder containing the relevant attachments. The folder name matches the corresponding ID.Click Download to export the data based on the selected options. Once downloaded, the report is stored in the Download Center.
