The Saved View option allows users to save the current Queue configuration, including applied filters and column settings, as well as charts created as a reusable view. When saving a view, users must provide a name. Saved View, enabling quick access to frequently used queue configurations.
- The Saved View functionality is available in the Incident Queue and Audit Queue pages.
- The example images shown below are from the Incident Queue page for reference.
Follow these steps to save your current view:

On the Queue page, click Create View.

In the pop-up window, enter a name for the view and click Save.
- The created view will appear in the Saved Views section. When the user logs in, they can select the view to quickly access the saved setup.

If any changes are made to an existing saved view, the Create View button changes to Update View.
- Click Update View to save the changes to the current view configuration.

To edit saved views, click Edit next to the Saved Views title. This enables edit options for all saved views.

Update the desired view name and click Save. You can also use this option to reorder or delete a saved view.
ℹ️ Notes- Charts are directly linked to the active Saved View and use it as their data source.
- Any changes made to filters, columns, or the date range in the saved view automatically update all associated charts.
- This ensures the visual data always stays consistent with the Queue page.
- You can set a preferred saved view using the Pin View option, which makes it the default landing page on the Incident Queue.
