The Chart in Document Editor option allows users to insert graphical representations of data into a document. Charts help visualize trends, comparisons, proportions, and relationships, making data easier to understand and present.
Follow the steps below to insert a chart into a document.
- Place the cursor where you want to insert the chart.
- Click the Insert tab.
- Select Chart.
- Choose the desired chart type.
- The chart is inserted into the document with sample data.
- Modify the chart data and formatting as needed. The selected chart is inserted into the document.
- The User can insert the following chart type:
Column Charts
Column charts display data using vertical columns and are commonly used to compare values across categories.
