The Image Advanced Settings window provides additional options to configure image size, rotation, positioning, text wrapping, and accessibility settings. These settings allow users to precisely control how images appear and interact with document content.
Follow the steps below to open the Image Advanced Settings window.
- Select the image you want to modify.
- Open the Image Settings panel on the right side of the editor.
- Click Show Advanced Settings. The Image - Advanced Settings window opens.
- Refer to the desired section and follow the instructions:

Once all changes are made, click OK to apply the changes.
ℹ️ NotesSome positioning and wrapping options become available only when a non-inline wrapping style is selected.
Size
The Size tab allows users to configure image dimensions.

Rotation

Text Wrapping
The Text Wrapping tab controls how the surrounding text interacts with an image.

| Tight | Wraps text closely around the image shape. |
| Through | Allows text to flow through transparent image areas. |
| Top and Bottom | Places text above and below the image. |

| In Front of Text | Displays the image in front of the document text. |
Distance from Text

| Top | Sets the spacing above the image. |
| Bottom | Sets the spacing below the image. |
| Left | Sets the spacing between the image and surrounding text on the left side. |
| Right | Sets the spacing between the image and surrounding text on the right side. |
Position
The Position tab allows users to control the exact placement of an image within the document.

| Relative Position | Sets the horizontal position as a percentage relative to the selected reference point. |

Alternative Text
The Alternative Text tab allows users to add accessibility information to an image.

| Description | Provides a detailed explanation of the image content. |
- Use the Lock Aspect Ratio option when resizing images to prevent distortion.
- Apply appropriate Text Wrapping styles to improve the flow of content around images.
- Use Alternative Text to improve document accessibility and help users who rely on screen readers understand image content.
