You can add additional users to an existing attestation in Compliance Manager if the attestation is still editable. This allows new users to complete the same attestation without creating a new one.
Follow these steps to add a user to an existing attestation:
- Navigate to Attestations from the main menu.
- Open the desired attestation you want to add a user to using the attestations page in the left panel of the screen.
- Scroll down to the Responses section.
- Click the Add icon next to Responses.
- Set a Due Date for the new user.
- Select one or more users to add.
- Click Submit.
