If the test/quiz is locked in the Training Center, it means you haven’t completed all required course actions yet. The quiz will remain unavailable until course completion requirements are met.
Steps to Unlock the Test/Quiz

Complete all required course content.
- Go through each training slide.
- Click every interactive section (e.g., buttons, prompts, knowledge checks) in the course.

Return to the test/quiz.
- Once all required content is completed, the quiz should unlock automatically.
