If Surecheck prompts for a date of birth (DOB) and won’t let you enter it, the DOB must be updated in Compliance Manager first. Once updated there, the corrected information will automatically sync to Surecheck.
How to Fix It
- Log in to Compliance Manager.
- Go to the user’s details page.
- Update the Date of Birth field with the correct value.
- Save the changes. The updated DOB will then be pushed to Surecheck, allowing you to proceed.
