If you are prompted for a password after selecting Training Center from Compliance Manager, try the following steps:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies. Refer to the link below for instructions on clearing cache and cookies in Chrome.
- Reset your password in Compliance Manager. This action also updates your password in Training Center.
