If you receive a message that you have no more attempts for a training test/quiz, Healthicity Support cannot reset it for you. The reset must be handled by your organization’s administrator.
What to Do:
- Contact your administrator and ask them to reset your quiz attempts.

If you don’t know who your administrator is:
- Email support@healthicity.com with your company name and training email address,
- Or call 877-777-9963 during normal business hours for help.
