The Report Preview section on the Audit Overview page offers a consolidated view of audit results for completed DOS entries. It includes multiple tabs that let users review audit summaries, compliance details, checklist results, competency scores, key findings, and other audit-related information without opening the Audit Worksheet.

Audit Summary
The Audit Summary tab provides a high-level, category-based overview of completed audit results, including details by deduction category. It displays key metrics such as:
- Possible Points: Total points available for the category
- Deductions: Number of errors identified
- Accuracy Percentage: Calculated accuracy for the category
- Errors: Description of identified issues
A total summary row displays overall audit accuracy and total deductions. When a project is first opened, the section shows No Results until at least one audit is marked as Completed. The results update automatically as audits are completed.
Key Findings and Recommendations
The Key Findings and Recommendations tab allows users to create, edit, and manage audit outcomes directly from the preview. Selecting the "+" icon opens a pop-up window where users can add or modify standardized findings, recommendations, and custom comments.
Users can filter and search Master Comments, select predefined options, mark favorites for quick access, and control visible fields. Selected items appear in the Edit tab, where they can be reordered, edited, or removed. The + Custom Comment option allows users to add free-text entries, which can be edited, reordered, or removed like standard selections.

Audit Compliance
The Audit Compliance tab provides a summary of compliance results for completed audits. The table includes separate Deduction Category and Errors sections that display reviewed counts, incorrect findings, and compliance percentages. Use this section when you want to report findings but do not want to score or count them in the accuracy rate.
The Deduction Category section includes:
- Deduction Category: Category used to group compliance results
- # Reviewed: Total number of items reviewed for the category
- # Incorrect: Number of incorrect findings identified for the category
- Compliance %: Compliance rate calculated for the category
The Errors section includes:
- Errors: Description of identified compliance issues
- # Incorrect: Number of incorrect findings associated with the error
Checklist Accuracy
The Checklist Accuracy tab provides a high-level summary of checklist evaluation results to support efficient review and decision-making. It includes:
- Checklist Name: Name of the checklist
- Audit Element: Description of the evaluated element
- Possible Points: Total points for the element
- Deductions: Number of errors identified
- Accuracy Percentage: Accuracy rate for the element
- Yes / No / NA: Count of responses recorded for each option
Competency Scoring
The Competency Scoring tab provides a summary of competency-related audit results for completed audits. The results are automatically updated as audits are completed and are organized by the highest number of occurrences to help users quickly identify common competency trends within the project.
It includes the following details:
- Competency Scoring: Competency category identified during the audit review
- No. Occurrences: Number of times the competency category appears in completed audits
Checklist Compliance
The Checklist Compliance tab displays checklist results for completed audits within the project. It provides a summary of checklist responses and compliance percentages to help users review checklist accuracy and audit results.
It includes the following details:
- Checklist Name (ID): Checklist associated with the audit
- Checklist Element: Evaluated audit element
- Incorrect Answer: Incorrect response identified during review
- Correct / Incorrect / NA: Response counts for each option
- Compliance %: Compliance rate for the checklist element
Data Elements
The Data Elements tab provides a high-level summary of both errors and checklist results, which together contribute to the overall accuracy rate. It is best to use this section of the report when you want to include both errors and checklists in determining the provider's accuracy rate. This section includes:
- Data Element: Description of the audited element
- Possible Points: Total points for the element
- Deductions: Number of errors identified
- Accuracy Percentage: Accuracy rate for the element
