The View by Audits tab within the Audit Management menu offers a centralized, audit-focused interface for monitoring individual audits across multiple projects. It enables managers and team leads to easily track progress, assess audit status, and review key details, ensuring comprehensive visibility and control over team workloads.
Choose the desired version of Audit Manager+ to see the relevant steps:
Audit Manager+ Enterprise
Follow these steps to begin working with View by Audits in the Enterprise version:

Navigate to Audit
Audit Management. By default, the View by Projects screen is displayed.
- Select the View by Audits tab to display all audits.
Audit Manager+ Multi-Account
Follow these steps to begin working with View by Audits in the Multi-Account version:

Navigate to Audit
Audit Project. By default, the View by Audits screen is displayed.
AM+ Enterprise & Multi-Account version combined process:

Users can filter audits by selecting date ranges relevant to different stages of the audit process, helping them narrow results and focus on specific timeframes. Available date range filters include:
- Project Created Date – Filters audits based on the date the project was initially created.
- Project Start Date – Filters audits according to the official start date of the project.
- Completed Date – Displays audits that were completed within the selected date range.
- Revised Date – Filters audits based on the last revision date.
- Users can click on an individual audit to view its DOS details. If needed, you can also delete a DOS using the Actions menu.

The Actions menu in the View by Audits screen offers a comprehensive set of tools that allow users to manage audits efficiently.
- Show/Hide: Allows users to show or hide specific columns in the audit grid. Helps tailor the view based on user preference or task focus.
- Run Report: Generates a printable report of the displayed audit data. Includes applied filters and sorting for a customized output. Follow the instructions to Run Report.
- Assign Auditor: Assigns selected audits to a designated auditor. Ensures accountability and workload distribution. Follow the instructions to Assign Auditor.
- Assign QA Reviewer: Designates a QA reviewer for selected audits. Initiates the quality assurance review process. Follow the instructions to Assign QA Reviewer.
- Change Auditee: Updates the auditee assigned to perform the selected audits. Ensures accurate audit assignment and tracking. Follow the instructions to Change Auditee.
- Change Due Dates: Modifies audit due dates based on project needs. Supports better time management and planning. Follow the instructions to Change Due Dates.
- Change Project: Moves audits to a different project. Helps users keep records organized under the correct project structure. Follow the instructions to Change Project.
- Change Sub-Status: Allows users to assign the custom sub-statuses to audits. Follow the instructions to Change Sub-Status.
- Delete Audit: Deletes selected audits from the system. Used to remove audits created in errors or that are no longer needed. Follow the instructions to Delete Audit.
- Re-assign Auditor: Allows the user to reopen completed audits or transfer audits from one auditor to another for review. Follow the instructions to Re-Assign Auditor.
- Re-assign QA Reviewer: Allows users to reopen completed audits or transfer audits to another QA reviewer. Helps manage workload shifts or reviewer availability. Follow the instructions to Re-assign QA Reviewer.
- Submit Report: Once all DOS have been audited, select Sent to Report. This option finalizes the audit process for the auditee.
Run Report
Follow these steps to generate a report based on the current audit grid view:
- To include specific audits in a report, select the checkbox next to each desired audit. Leave all checkboxes unchecked to generate a report of all audits currently displayed.
- Navigate to the Actions menu and click Run Report.
- The system will download your report to the download center. From there, you can download to your device.
Assign Auditor
Follow these steps to assign audits to an auditor:
- Select the checkbox located before the desired audit(s).
- Go to the Actions menu and click Assign Auditor.
- In the pop-up window, choose the auditor from the dropdown list.
- Click Submit to complete the process.
Assign QA Reviewer
Follow these steps to assign a QA Reviewer to the selected audits:
- Select the checkbox located before the audits you want to assign.
- Navigate to the Actions menu and click Assign QA Reviewer.
- In the pop-up window, choose the QA Reviewer from the dropdown list.
- Click Assign to complete the assignment.
Change Auditee
Follow these steps to change the auditee for selected audits:
- Select the checkbox located before the audits you want to update.
- Navigate to the Actions menu and click Change Auditee.
- A confirmation message will appear. Click Confirm to proceed.
- In the Change Auditee window, choose the appropriate Auditee Type (Primary, Second, and Third) and corresponding Auditee from the dropdowns.
- After making your selections, click Submit.
Change Due Dates
Follow these steps to update the due dates for selected audits:
- Select the checkbox located before the audits you want to update.
- Navigate to the Actions menu and click Change Due Dates.
- In the pop-up window, enter or select the new Due Date using the date picker.
- Click Submit to apply the updated date.
Change Project
Follow these steps to update the project and assign the appropriate auditee:
- Select the checkbox located before the audits you want to update.
- Navigate to the Actions menu and click Change Project.
- In the pop-up window, select the desired Project from the dropdown list.
- Choose the appropriate Auditee Type (Provider, Coder, or Generic).
- Select the corresponding Auditee based on the selected type.
- Click Submit to apply the changes.
Change Sub-Status
Follow these steps to update the sub-status of selected audits:
- Select the checkbox located before the audits you want to update.
- Navigate to the Actions menu and click Change Sub Status.
- In the pop-up window, select the desired Sub-Status from the dropdown.
- Click Submit to proceed.
Delete Audit
Follow these steps to delete audits from the system:
- Select the checkbox located before the audit(s) you want to delete.
- Navigate to the Actions menu and click Delete Audit.
- A confirmation message will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.
- Click Confirm to permanently remove the selected audits.
Re-Assign Auditor
Follow these steps to reassign audits to a different auditor:
- Select the checkbox located before the audit(s) you want to reassign.
- Navigate to the Actions menu and click Re-assign Auditor.
- In the pop-up window, select the new auditor from the dropdown list.
- Select a Sub-Status from the dropdown to specify the reason for reassignment.

Re-assign QA Reviewer
Follow these steps to reassign a QA Reviewer for selected audits:
- Select the checkbox located before the audits you want to update.
- Navigate to the Actions menu and click Re-assign QA Reviewer.
- In the pop-up window, choose the new QA Reviewer from the dropdown list.
- Click Submit to proceed.
