The My Work Queue is a primary menu option in Audit Manager+, designed to help auditors and QA reviewers efficiently manage their assigned audits. The navigation and functionality are the same in both the Enterprise and Multi-Account versions. This section is divided into two sub-options:
Each queue serves a specific role based on the type of audit assignment.
- Audit Work Queue: This queue includes all new and in-progress audits. It is designed to help auditors initiate or continue work on their assigned audits and dates of service (DOS).
- QA Work Queue: QA reviewers use this queue to access audits pending quality assurance. This worklist helps QA Reviewers manage and complete their assigned QA tasks.
Audits appear in the appropriate queue based on assignments made through the system. This structured approach ensures that both auditors and QA reviewers have a clear view of their responsibilities and can take timely action on their tasks.
Audit Work Queue
Follow these steps to start working with My Work Queue:

Navigate to the Audits
My Work Queue, or the user can directly select the View My Audits from the dashboard. The Audit Work Queue screen will be displayed.
- This screen provides an overview of assigned audit projects, displaying key information such as the auditee’s name and details, project due dates, and the number of dates of service (DOS) completed, in progress, and not yet started. It also shows the overall and sub-status of each audit, along with any comments or notes added by the auditor for reference or collaboration.

Under the Actions menu on the My Work Queue page, you can perform the following actions:
- Show/Hide – Customize the grid view by showing or hiding specific columns in the list.
- Export – Download the displayed audit data for reporting or offline use.
- Reassign Auditor – Reassign the selected audit to a different auditor. For additional information, go to the Reassign Auditor article.

To begin auditing, users can select the appropriate auditee hyperlink, which redirects them to the Audit Overview or DOS Work Queue page, where they can view and complete assigned audit tasks.
- Note: The Audit Overview page is available only when enabled by the Healthicity team. If you do not see this page, contact Healthicity Support to have it enabled for your organization.
Reassign Auditor
Follow these steps to reassign the auditor:
- Select the desired audit you want to reassign.

Navigate to the Actions menu and select Reassign Auditor from the dropdown.
- In the pop-up, choose a new auditor from the list.
- Select the desired Sub-Status from the dropdown.
- Click Submit to confirm the reassignment.
