Key Findings and Recommendations on Audit Overview

Follow these steps to access the tab:

• Navigate to Audits My Work Queue Audit Work Queue/QA Work Queue.
• Open an audit to view the Audit Overview page.
• Click the Key Findings and Recommendations tab.
• Review the Key Findings and Recommendations sections.

• Click the + (plus) icon to add or edit items.

  

Add Key Findings or Recommendations

Follow these steps to add items:

• Click the + (plus) icon in the Key Findings section.
• In the pop-up, select Key Findings or Recommendations using the radio buttons.
• (Optional) Use filters such as Category, Sub-category, Short Description, or Long Description.

• Select an item from the list.

  

• The selected item is automatically saved and appears in the Edit tab and Report Preview.

• You can also perform additional actions from the Edit tab, including:

  • Editing master comments
  • Adding custom comments
  • Reordering findings and recommendations
• Return to the Audit Overview page to proceed with the audit workflow.

Edit Master Comments

Follow these steps to edit existing items:

• Go to the Edit tab.
• Click directly on a row to update the text.

• Click outside the row to save changes automatically.

  

Add Custom Comments

Follow these steps to add custom entries:

• In the Edit tab, click + Custom Comment.
• Enter your comment in the text box.
• Select whether it is a Key Finding or a Recommendation.

• Click Save.

  

Reorder Findings and Recommendations

Follow these steps to reorder items:

• Use the drag handle next to each row.
• Drag and drop items to the desired order.

• (Optional) Group related findings with their corresponding recommendations.

  

Delete Key Findings and Recommendations

Follow these steps to remove items:

• Go to the Edit tab.
• Click on the trash icon to delete the required entries

• The changes will be saved automatically.
