Document Editor Enhancements
The Documents module now offers an enhanced Document Editor experience to create, edit, revise, review, and manage documents directly within Compliance Manager. Updates include improved formatting tools, support for rich content such as tables and images, advanced page layout options, document review and collaboration features, version history, document protection controls, and enhanced navigation tools to streamline document management.

Default Landing Page Set to Queue
All modules are now open by default on the Queue page, allowing you to quickly access items that need attention. This applies across Incidents, Risk Assessments, HIPAA Risk Assessments, HIPAA Workplans, Audits, Attestations, TPM, and Documents.
Infinite Scrolling for Risk Assessment and Audit Queue
Infinite scrolling has been added to Risk Assessment pages and the Audit Queue page, allowing records to load automatically as you scroll. This improves performance and provides a smoother experience when working with large datasets.
Pin Saved Views and Queue
You can now pin Overview, Queue, or any Saved View as your default Incidents page. The pinned view will load automatically with its saved filters and columns. Overview is pinned by default, and you can change it anytime.
Edit Columns for Audit Queue
You can now customize columns in the Audit Queue using the Edit Columns slide-out. Select or deselect fields to control what appears in the table. Changes apply instantly and follow the same behavior as the Incident queue, with options specific to Audit Queue data.
Charts for Audit Queue
You can now access charts in the Audit Queue to quickly visualize data and trends. Click the Charts button to open a slide-out panel with chart options similar to the Incident queue. Charts reflect the current Audit Queue data, including any applied filters.
Saved Views for Audits
Users can now save views on the Audits Queue page using the Create View button. This works the same way as Incident saved views. After changing filters, columns, or charts, click Update View to save your changes.
Download Settings for Audit Queue
The Audit Queue now includes a Download Settings slide-out to select file format, records, and fields, with PDF and attachment options. The experience matches the Incident module, with options tailored to Audit data.

In-Application Document Editor Enhancements
User Interface Improvements
The Document Editor layout has been refined for a cleaner, more intuitive experience, with aligned margins, improved spacing, and better organization of the header, content, and footer sections.
Prevent Parallel Editing
Documents are now locked during editing to prevent simultaneous changes. Users are notified if a document is in use and can see who is currently editing it.
Track Changes Improvements
Track changes now display and update more reliably, ensuring consistent behavior when accepting or rejecting edits. Unaccepted changes will no longer be included in exports.
Improved Content Rendering
Content formatting and layout have been enhanced to ensure a more consistent and accurate display within the editor.
Autosave Improvements
Autosave has been improved to provide more reliable background saving and reduce the risk of data loss.
Pagination Support
A pagination option has been added to help visualize page breaks and manage document layout during editing.
Enhanced Word Export Accuracy
Exports now more closely match the content and structure displayed in the editor.
Header and Footer Import and Export
Headers and footers are now included when importing Word documents and are preserved during export, maintaining formatting, images, and structure.

Incidents Charts Slide-Out
The Incident module now includes a Charts slide-out that lets users create customizable, presentation-ready charts from their current table view. Charts automatically reflect applied filters and selected columns, update in real time, and can be saved, edited, reordered, and downloaded for reporting.
Saved View Enhancement
The Saved Views button is changing to offer Update and Create options. Update will now save changes to column edits, applied filters, and chart adjustments. Whenever any of these change, the Create Saved View button will switch to Update, allowing users to save changes to the current view.

Audit Module Improvements
The All Audits view has been renamed to Queue to better reflect workflow, and new filters have been added for Auditee Type, Audit Progress, and Due Date Range. These updates make it easier to prioritize audits, track status, and manage the queue more efficiently.
My Tasks Page Updates
The My Tasks page has been updated for a cleaner and more efficient experience. Row actions have moved to the left side, the table now supports infinite scrolling with a sticky header, and the page title displays a live task count, making it easier to manage and track your work in real time.
Enhanced Incident Deletion Audit Trail
Deleting an incident now requires a mandatory reason. The reason is stored with the record and remains viewable after deletion, ensuring proper documentation and improved visibility of the audit trail.
Include Archived Users in Completed Attestation Export
Archived users are now included in the Completed Attestation Responses report and export when filtered by completed status, ensuring more complete and accurate reporting.

SmartLine Signage Page
A new Signage page is now available for SmartLine-enabled accounts, giving easy access to SmartLine details and downloadable posters. The page displays each line’s phone number, QR code, and public URL, and includes a media section with ready-to-use assets, including three sample posters by default.
My Documents Usability Improvements
Advanced Filter
The My Documents page now uses the updated filter experience for a more consistent and intuitive layout. Filters appear in the left panel, and applied filters display as chips beneath the search bar. The filter icon has been removed, and the Create and Download buttons have been updated for easier use.
Infinite Scrolling
The My Documents page now supports infinite scrolling, loading records automatically as you scroll 25 at a time. The header and controls remain fixed at the top, making it easier to work with large document lists while keeping actions and column headers always accessible.
Document Preview
You can now preview documents directly on the My Documents page without downloading them. Click on any row or card to open the file in the same window, with options to close the preview or download the document.
Toggle List and Grid View
You can now switch between List and Grid views on the My Documents page using a Views toggle. Both views support infinite scrolling and open documents in a preview modal, making it easier to browse and manage files in your preferred layout.

CM/AM Linked Audits as Risk Mitigating Actions
Users can now create CM/AM-linked audits as risk-mitigating actions using the new Provider and Coder audit types, in addition to existing options. These audits are automatically linked to the related risk and are available only to users with the required permissions.

Incident Enhanced Edit Columns Slide-Out
The Edit Columns experience in the Incident module has been upgraded to a slide-out, making it easier to customize tables. Users can search, select, and reorder columns with real-time updates, including support for mass selection and drag-and-drop. Column changes are applied instantly, with selections retained for the session.
Incident Download Settings Slide-Out
The Incident module now includes a Download Settings slide-out that lets users choose the file format, select which fields and records to include, and configure attachment options before downloading. Exports are grouped by incident and delivered as a single ZIP file for easier access and organization.
Incident Queue Saved Views
You can now save custom table views that include selected columns and applied filters. Saved views are available from the table view dropdown and can be applied instantly to restore your preferred table configuration. You can also rename or delete saved views as needed, making it easier to manage and switch between different views.
TPM - Vendor Assignment Welcome Email Update
When a vendor is assigned a Safety Assessment or BA Agreement review for the first time, they will now receive a welcome email along with the task notification. This ensures vendors have clear instructions to access Compliance Manager. The welcome email is sent only once per vendor contact. It will not be sent again for future assignments.
Incident Interview Date Editable for Future Dates
The Date of Interview field now supports future dates, making it easier to schedule or reschedule interviews. The date can be selected from the calendar or entered manually.
