New Permission Role IT Manager
A new IT Manager role is now available in Compliance Manager to give organizations more flexible and secure control over technical settings. It provides the right level of access for teams handling integrations or SSO while maintaining proper security boundaries.
SSO Settings Relocated to Admin
All SAML SSO settings have been moved to Admin for better visibility and easier access. Existing functionality remains unchanged, and the settings are available to Admins and now IT Managers.

Enhanced Password Reset Email Security
Password reset emails are now delivered exclusively to the user’s primary login email, rather than the notification email, providing improved security and ensuring reset links reach the correct, authenticated address.
Client Tasks Report - XLSX Background Export
XLSX downloads for the Client Tasks Report now run as background jobs and appear in the Downloads Center when ready, improving reliability for large datasets and preventing browser timeouts.

Attestation Checklist Export Upgrade
The Attestation Checklist page now includes the same export options available in Audit Checklists. A new Report & Export dropdown has been added with Classic and Enhanced export formats, along with a Save as PDF button. Export behavior matches the Audit Checklists module, respecting filters and permissions, and uses the same layout and styling for a consistent experience.
Deleted Incidents Retain Links to Other Incidents
When an incident is deleted, any existing links to related incidents are now preserved. These connections remain visible on both sides, ensuring meaningful relationships are maintained for reference.
Allow Re-Assign Location on Closed Incidents
Reassign Location option is now available for incidents marked Closed or Closed Without Investigation. Location changes can be made without reopening the incident, and all updates are recorded in the activity log.
Contract Due Reminder Message Content Change
The contract due reminder message has been updated to provide clearer information. This new message will apply only when the client has not customized the reminder content, ensuring existing client-defined messaging remains unchanged.

Audits - Checklists Page Enhancements
The Audits Checklists page has been divided into two sections: Client Checklists and Global Checklists. This adjustment enhances the management and distinction between client-specific and global checklists, leading to improved organization and usability.
Attach Documents - SmartLine and PIR
Users can now attach documents when creating templates for Public Incident Reporting and SmartLine. The attached files will be displayed as thumbnails on both the public page and in the Incident view.
Enhanced Filters & Tables
We are in the process of relocating filters across all modules and pages to create a consistent design for tables throughout the platform. Filters will now be found in the left side panel, and any applied filters will be displayed as chips beneath the search bar. We started with the Incident module and are now rolling out the new filtering experience to the Audits, HIPAA, My Tasks, Messages, Attestations, and TPM pages and modules. This change aims to provide a more uniform and intuitive experience. Additionally, we have updated the Create and Download buttons for improved usability.
Incident Module - Infinite Scrolling & More Menu
The Incident Module now supports infinite scrolling, enabling users to manage large tables more efficiently. As users scroll, new records load automatically, 25 at a time. The header bar and controls remain fixed at the top during scrolling, always ensuring easy access to column headers and actions. Additionally, we have moved the row options "..." icon from the right side to the left in preparation for an upcoming Edit Columns slide-out feature. This will allow users to add any field to their table and enable horizontal scrolling.

Incidents & Admin Filter Enhancement
The Overview and Queue pages in the Incident Module and the Users and Location pages in Admin now use the updated sidebar filter. Filters have been moved from the top right into the left side panel, a new Department filter has been added, and applied filters display as chips beneath the search bar. The remaining modules are to follow.
Incidents - Enhanced Supporting Documents UI
The Supporting Documents section on the Incidents page has been updated to enhance usability and consistency. Improvements include a toggle between list view and grid view, along with a refreshed icon library and reusable thumbnail cards for simpler document management.
SFTP Incident Exports includes SSH Key-Based Authentication
The platform now supports SFTP integration with SSH key-based authentication, enabling secure, password-less file transfers between systems.
Audits - Duplicate Corrective and Mitigating Action Audits
Audits created from Incidents as corrective actions or from Risks as mitigating actions can now be duplicated from the Audit module as standard audits. When cloned, these audits retain all original fields but are not linked to the source Incident or Risk.
Audit Due Reminder - Default to Blank
On the Create/Edit Audit page, the Audit Due Reminder field now defaults to blank, assigning audits at submission by default. Users can still select other options (30, 60, 90, 180, or custom) from the dropdown if needed.

SmartLine Enhancements
Call Recording Functionality
Upon request by Customer Admins, phone lines can have recording disabled on the number. A CSM activates the feature in the Super Admin panel, and for accounts with multiple numbers, each line is enabled separately.
PIR Two-Way Web Communication
Two-way web communication in PIR is now enabled for all clients, allowing reporters and reviewers to securely exchange messages within the platform. SMS-based two-way communication remains available only for SmartLine customers.
Enable SmartLine URL’s
SmartLine now supports unique URLs for each template, allowing users to easily share, access, and manage SmartLine incident forms through direct Web URLs and QR Codes.
Template Enhancements
SmartLine incident templates now support more flexible management. Users can edit template names, duplicate templates (with a new unique URL and QR code, excluding logos and greetings), upload logos, and add greeting text for display in the webform. Each template continues to generate its own unique URL and QR code.
Multiple SmartLine Phone Numbers per Client
SmartLine users can now add multiple phone numbers to a single account, with each number linked to a specific incident template. This offers more flexibility in managing reporting channels by assigning unique numbers to different use cases.
PDF Download for SmartLine Web Incidents
Users can now download a PDF copy of incidents submitted through SmartLine Web. This provides an easy way to save or share incident details immediately after submission. The PDF includes custom fields, attachments, and reflects any renamed files. Confidential text, greeting/closing instructions, and blank name fields are excluded for consistency and clarity.
Two-Way SMS Communication
Investigators have the ability within a SmartLine reported incident in the Discussion section to send SMS follow-up messages to the phone number the reporter called from. The reporter’s number stays hidden in the system, but replies are still linked to the right case. This keeps communication secure and anonymous while making it easier to follow up. The same communication goes to the public reporter’s page when they check their Ticket ID.
Bring your Existing Hotline Numbers
You can now start and manage number porting directly from the Porting Numbers tab under SmartLine settings. This helps simplify the process for porting over existing hotline numbers, making it easier to bring your existing hotline numbers to SmartLine.
Multiple Numbers and Admin Assignment Page
You can now manage multiple hotline numbers in one CM account, allowing for different numbers for compliance and HR reporting, each linked to the appropriate template. A new Admin page displays all active Twilio numbers with their names and lets you assign them to templates for better organization. AM and CSM will still need to manually add phone numbers to accounts, with instructions coming soon.
SmartLine Web
SmartLine now has the capability for Reporters to scan a QR code that directs viewers to a webform, similar to PIR. This QR code/URL enables SmartLine reporters to create new reports and check their previous ones. They can talk directly with the investigator on the page as well. To utilize this feature, SmartLine users must employ a SmartLine template.

Incident Templates: Option to Hide Source Field
You can now hide the Source field in incident templates used for public reporting. This helps protect internal staff names and email addresses when non-employees submit incidents through public forms.
Thumbnail Previews for Uploaded Files
Images and documents will now appear as thumbnail cards instead of generic download icons in the discussion tab and incident views. This makes it more accurate to identify what is being downloaded, and easier to identify and access uploaded files.
Archive Location Warning Message
A confirmation checkbox now appears when archiving a location, alerting users that all associated records will be deleted. This helps ensure users understand the impact before completing the action.
Delete Documents from the Archived List
Users can now delete archived documents either individually using the delete option in the line-item menu or in bulk through the mass actions menu. This makes it easier to manage and remove documents that are no longer needed in the system.
Quick File Preview Across Incident Views
The Preview Modal feature is now available in both Incident Details and My Incidents, including Reporter View. You can click to preview PDFs, Emails, Word Docs, and Photos directly within the Supporting Documents section and the Status Update à Discussion area. This allows you to quickly view relevant content without downloading files or navigating away from the page.

Active Directory Sync Queue
Client Admins and Super admins can now streamline user provisioning with the new Active Directory Sync Queue. The Provisioning Settings page includes a Sync on Demand button, supporting auto-creation of new users and removing the terminated ones. Future updates will add role management features.

You can now choose between two export formats when downloading checklists: Classic for the original format or Enhanced for a version with individual questions as columns. This gives you more flexibility based on your reporting needs.

Report Incident Form: View Email Attachments
Users can now open messages and email attachments directly within the Report Incident form. This allows for quicker access to message content without downloading, improving efficiency during incident reporting. While not new, it is important to mention that it is also possible to upload Outlook emails. However, drag and drop is not possible with Outlook Emails.
Preview Documents in Incident Views
Users can now preview PDFs, Outlook Emails, Word documents, JPEGs, and PNGs directly within the Incident Details, My Incidents, and Reporter View sections. Clicking on a file name in either the Supporting Documents or Status Update > Discussion areas open a preview modal, allowing quick viewing without downloading or navigating away from the page.
Include Resolution Messages in PDF Export
When exporting an incident PDF with messages, all follow-up Status Updates and Compliance Line Resolution messages are now included with the poster name, date, time, and message content. This provides a clear, complete, and auditable communication history.
