This article will go over the experience of logging into Compliance Manager, with multi-factor authentication enabled. This article will only apply to users who use our universal login page, and who have setup MFA/2FA for their login. This will not apply to SSO users.
Pre-requisite:
You will have needed to enabled and setup multi-factor authentication for your profile, prior to logging in with this setup. Please see the article Enable Multi-factor Authentication for Login for the setup process.
Step 1.
Log into Compliance Manager with your credentials.
Step 2.
On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter the Authentication Code, displayed in the authenticator app on your phone, for the associated login. Type in the authentication code and click Verify or hit Enter/Return on your keyboard to proceed.
Step 3.
If the authentication code is accepted, you will be logged in and taken to the My Workspace page. If the code is not recognized, you will receive an error message like the one below. Please try entering the authentication code displayed on your phone again. Keep in mind the authentication codes rotate so you will need to enter the current one displayed in the application on your phone.
