Global Checklists

This article explains the Global Checklists page, where you can access a comprehensive library of standardized audit checklists used across your organization. The page shows key details for each checklist, including its title, checklist type, the total number of questions it has, and the date it was created. This allows you to quickly understand each checklist's purpose and scope.

A search bar at the top lets you quickly find a checklist by name, while the filters on the left help narrow the results by Type or Date Created. These filters make it easy to find what you need, especially when the checklist library is large.

To view a checklist in full detail, click directly on its title. This opens the checklist so you can review all questions, structure, and requirements. Additionally, the Download button at the top right allows you to export any checklist for offline review, sharing, or prep before an audit.
