This article describes how to complete all the necessary questions on a checklist. This involves reviewing each item, marking it as completed, and ensuring all tasks meet the specified criteria or standards.
Follow these steps to complete a Checklist Task:
Navigate to the My Tasks section within Compliance Manager. You can navigate to My Tasks from anywhere within the program.
- Click on the desired checklist task item from the My Assignments page. This will open the checklist details to complete the task.
Note: When a user is assigned a checklist task, it will appear in their task list as a checklist. - Navigate to each question and provide the appropriate Answer, based on the question type. For text and number responses, a Rich Text box will show under the Answer column. Required questions are noted with a red asterisk (*).

Add Comment: Allows users to enter any supporting information related to a specific question. Click the blue Add Comment hyperlink to open the comment box and add your notes.
- Add Document: Allows users to attach supporting documents. Click on this blue hyperlink to open the Add New Document window. You can drag & drop or browse for the desired document on your computer or select from the Document Center.
- Add Incident to Checklist: allows users to link an incident directly to the checklist if it relates to a specific checklist question. Click on this blue hyperlink to report an incident that is tied to this checklist question.
- Complete All required questions by following Step 3, then scroll down to the bottom of the checklist. Here you will be able to add final comments and complete the checklist task. See below.
- Comments: Allows users to add additional comments related to the checklist they just filled out.
- Save: Allows users to save their changes and complete the task at a later date and time.
- Save and Complete: Allows the user to complete and submit the checklist task.
Note: After saving or completing your checklist, click Back at the top left of the checklist.
