This article guides users on creating an Annual Audit Workplan to organize and schedule audits for the year.

The system assumes one workplan per year. Although multiple workplans can be created for the same year, only the year is displayed when associating an audit to a workplan from the Audit Details page.
Follow the steps below to create an Annual Audit Workplan:

Navigate to the My Workspace → Audits and select Annual Workplan from the left-hand menu.
- Click the Create at the top right of the Annual Audit Workplan page. The Create Annual Workplan window will appear.
- Select the desired Location.
- Enter the desired workplan Title and select the Year from the drop-down list. These mandatory fields are marked by a red asterisk (*).
- Fill in the required information in the Comment box.
- Click Save Workplan.

Once a workplan is created, the user can associate audits from the Workplan Audits section. Click the add icon and follow the instructions of Create New Audit from step 3.
