This article guides authorized users on how to delete audits that were created in error or are no longer needed, ensuring the task is completed only by those with the appropriate permissions.
ℹ️ Notes
Only Administrators or Manager-level users with access to Audits and the associated location can delete audits. If using both Audit Manager (AM) and Compliance Manager (CM), users must also have Super User permissions in AM to delete completed audits synced to CM.
Follow the steps below to delete an audit:
- Navigate to My Workspace
Audits to access the Audit Queue page.
- Select the desired audit from the Audit Queue. You can use the filters in the left panel or the search bar to quickly locate a specific audit. The Audit Details page opens.
- Navigate to the More Options menu (three dots at the top right) and select Delete. The Delete Audit pop-up will appear.
- Enter the reason for deleting the audit and click Submit to confirm.
- Click OK to confirm and complete the audit deletion.
