An Audit Follow-up Task ensures that any findings, corrective actions, or recommendations identified during an audit are properly reviewed, tracked, and resolved. By completing these tasks, employees help maintain organizational compliance with regulations and confirm that issues identified during an audit are fully addressed.
Follow the steps below to complete an Audit Follow-up Task:
- You can access all tasks by clicking Show All or Go To My Tasks at the bottom of your task list in the workspace, or by selecting My Tasks from the profile menu. The My Assignments page will be displayed.
- Select the Follow Up type task from the list. An Audit Follow-up Task window will be displayed.
- Add relevant details to the assigned task in the Comment field.
- Attach supporting documents either from your computer or from the Compliance Manager Document Center.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Save and Exit to save a draft of the task.
- Save and Complete to mark the task as finished and update the audit follow-up task.
💡 Workflow Tips
- Click the audit link at the top of the side panel to review details. If access is restricted, contact your administrator.
- Review any additional questions or instructions provided by your administrator.
- Download and review any documents attached to the follow-up task.
