DBRA Queue Filters help users quickly locate and manage Data Breach Risk Assessment (DBRA) records by narrowing the queue results using selected criteria. Filters update the queue automatically and can be combined to display specific DBRA records. Applied filters are displayed as filter chips at the top of the queue table for quick visibility and management.
The Filters panel is located on the left side of the DBRA Queue and can be expanded or collapsed as needed.
Follow these steps to start using the Filters:

Navigate to My Workspace
DBRA. The DBRA Queue page will be displayed by default.

Select one or more desired filters from the Filters panel:
- Important: Use the Important toggle to display only DBRA marked as important.
- Location: Use the Locations filter to display DBRA records associated with specific facilities or locations.

Result: Use the Results filter to narrow DBRA records based on the current assessment result or workflow status. Available options include:
- Exception Applied - Displays records with an applied exception.
- Not Reportable - Displays assessments that do not require reporting.
- Potentially Reportable - Displays assessments requiring additional review.
- Assigned - Displays records assigned to a user.

In Progress - Displays assessments currently under review.

- Due Date Range: Use the Due Date Range filter to display DBRA records by assessment due date. Users can enter a Start date, an end date, or use the calendar picker to select dates.
- Assigned User: Use the Assigned User filter to display DBRA records assigned to specific users. Users can search for users and select one or more assigned users.
- Approver: Use the Approver filter to display DBRA records assigned to specific approvers. Users can search for approvers and select one or more approvers.

Type: Use the Type filter to display DBRA records by breach communication type. Available options include:
- Written - Written disclosures or documentation-related breaches.
- Verbal - Verbal or spoken communication incidents.

Electronic - Electronic or digital data exposure incidents.

Linked Incidents: Use the Linked Incidents filter to display DBRA records associated with specific incidents. Users can search for incident numbers and select one or more incidents from the list.

Reset Filters: Select Reset to clear all applied filters and restore the default queue results.
📝 NotesReset removes all active filters but does not affect saved views. -
Create View: Select Create View to save the current filter configuration as a custom saved view.
