The DBRA Queue page allows users to view and manage Data Breach Risk Assessment (DBRA) records within Compliance Manager. Users can review assessment status and assignment details, search and filter DBRA records, customize queue columns, download queue data, and create or access DBRA assessments to complete the assessment workflow.
Create DBRA
Use the Create button to create a new Data Breach Risk Assessment (DBRA) record by entering required assessment details and assigning appropriate users. Users can document breach-related information, assign assessors and approvers, track assessment progress, and initiate the DBRA workflow from a centralized interface.
Search Bar
Use the Search bar at the top of the DBRA Queue to quickly locate Data Breach Risk Assessment (DBRA) records within the current view. Type a keyword and press Enter. Results reflect any applied filters or saved view settings.
Filters
Use the Filters panel to narrow DBRA Queue results using options such as Important, Locations, Results, Due Date Range, Event Date Range, Assigned User, Approver, Type, and Linked Incidents. Filters apply automatically and update the Queue in real time. Select Reset to clear applied filters.
Review DBRA
Each row in the table represents a Data Breach Risk Assessment (DBRA) record.
Columns may include Assessment, Location, Results, Due Date, Event Date, Assigned User, Approver, Incident, Type, and other configured fields.

Users can sort records by selecting any column header and resizing columns to adjust widths for better visibility.
Working with DBRA
Select a DBRA record to view assessment details, review status information, and manage the assessment workflow. Use the available actions to view or edit the DBRA record.
Edit Columns
The Edit Columns option allows users to customize the DBRA Queue view by selecting, hiding, and reordering columns. This helps improve visibility and display relevant DBRA information based on user preferences.
Download
The Download option allows users to export available DBRA Queue records to the Download Center. Downloaded data can be used for reporting, review, and offline access purposes.
Saved Views
Saved Views allow users to save the current DBRA Queue configuration, including applied filters and column settings, for quick access from the Saved Views list.
