This article explains how Audit Manager roles determine user access to various features and functionalities within the system. There are five defined roles, each offering a different level of access. The screenshots provided illustrate the interface and permissions available to each role when logging in to the system.
- Super User: The Super User has full access to all areas of the system. This includes administrative controls, user management, audit creation, data requests, reporting, and configuration settings. Super Users typically oversee system setup and ongoing governance.
- Admin User: The Admin User has broad access similar to the Super User but may be limited in certain system configuration or account-level settings. Admins can manage audits, assign tasks, review data requests, and perform reporting functions. They are responsible for operational oversight.
- Audit User: The Audit User is focused on performing audits. This role allows access to assigned audits, data requests, and relevant documentation. Audit Users can view, update, and complete audit worksheets, but typically do not have access to system-wide admin features.
- Education: The Education role is limited to training and learning purposes. Users with this role can view non-sensitive content, such as sample data or mock audits, but cannot perform actual audits or make system changes. This is useful for onboarding and demonstrations purposes.
- No Access: Users assigned the No Access role cannot log into the system or access any of its features. This role is typically used to deactivate users without deleting their account history or audit assignments.
