This article, Incident Details Overview, explains how to navigate and use the Incident Details page in Compliance Manager. It highlights the header and navigation menus, incident summary sections, main content area, workflow status, and available actions. Users will learn how to view incident metadata, track workflow stages, and access related sections, including interviews, supporting documents, root cause, corrective actions, and final approval.
Left Side Panel
On the left, a vertical menu allows quick navigation between sections related to the incident. The user can click on the individual section item and follow the instructions:
- Summary (default view)
- Interviews
- Supporting Documents
- Summary of Investigation
- Status Updates
- Root Causes
- Corrective Actions
- Final Approval
Main Content Area
The main area where detailed information about the selected incident is shown:

Information displayed: Incident number, title, reporter ID, investigator, approver, view mode, incident, and workflow stage.

High-Level Information includes:
- Risk Severity: Indicates the level of risk associated with the incident.
- Time Sensitivity: Shows the incident’s age, including the date it occurred and the date it was reported.
- Domain: Customizable based on templates.
- Status: Reflects the current workflow stage: Triage, Investigation, Resolution, or Closed.
- Days Open: Tracks the number of days since management was notified of the incident.

Sections/tabs: Incident, Interviews, Supporting Documents, Investigation Summary, Status Updates, Root Causes, Corrective Actions, Final Approval. Some sections may be disabled depending on the workflow. Sections can be expanded or collapsed to display only the relevant incident details for a cleaner, providing a clearer view.
More Options (Ellipsis Menu) Actions:
The menu includes:
- Save as PDF: Export incident details for offline use or sharing.
- Watch Incident: Subscribe for updates and notifications.
- Reassign Location: Update the assigned location or department.
- Edit Time Sensitive: Modify the urgency status of an incident.
- Close Without Investigation: Close incidents that need no further review.
- Assign Investigator(s): Designate users to handle the investigation.
- Assign Final Approver: Select a final approver for closure review.
- View Only: Restrict the incident to read-only mode.
- Link Incidents: Connect related or recurring incidents.
- Delete: Permanently remove the incident (admin only).
These menu actions will be available as per the following roles:
Activity Logs
The Activity Feed monitors all key actions on an incident, such as reporting, editing interviews or details, reassigning locations, changing severity or assignments, updating investigations, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, closing, and reopening.
