This article provides guidance on adding an interview to an incident. Adding an interview allows you to document discussions with individuals who can provide information about the incident, helping capture key details, clarify facts, and support the overall investigation process. An interview can be added by an Investigator, Final Approver, Admin user, Full Access Manager for the reported location, or Incident Manager for the reported location.

Adding an Interview
Follow these steps to add Interview details:
- Navigate to the Incident Details page and select Interviews from the left panel of the screen, or scroll down to the Interviews section.
- Click on the Add icon at the far right of the header. An Add Interview window will be displayed.
- Click the Date of Interview field and choose the interview date.
- Type the Name of the Person Interviewed.
- In Reason for Interview, describe why the interview is being conducted. Use the toolbar to format text if needed.
- Click Add Question (Optional) to enter one or more questions you plan to ask.
- In the Brief Summary of Interview, capture key points, facts, and context.

In Attach Files:

Use Include Audio File → Choose File to upload a single audio file.

Use Attach Documents to drag & drop or browse files, or Choose from Document Center to include the reference document.

- Click Save Interview to record the interview details.
Editing an Interview
Editing allows you to revise information such as the interviewee’s name, reason, questions, summary, or attached documents.
Follow these steps to edit Interview details:
- Navigate to the Incident Details page and select Interviews from the left panel of the screen, or scroll down to the Interviews section.
- Expand the interview section.
- Go to the More Options icon on the far right of the header and click Edit. An Edit Interview window will appear.
- Edit the required information and click Save to update the changes.
