Overview Incident Details Redesign

The Compliance Manager incident details page has been redesigned to streamline workflows. We've changed the look and simplified how features are accessed.  

The following changes detailed in the video below. 

• The righthand panel has been removed with related features now accessed through the main menu appearing at the top left of the details page. 
• Menu options appear upon hover. 
• A header is added to provide information pertinent to the incident and includes a new option to expand and collapse all sections.
• The incident header remains in view as you scroll through the detail page.
• Actions and options for each section are now accessed through action icons or menus appearing in each section's header.
• Investigators access their investigation task and related options by clicking the Summary of Investigation header to expand the section.
• Messages is renamed to Status Updates and moved from the lefthand panel to the workspace.
• The incident record activity log appears at the bottom of the incident details page.
