Assign Learners or Teams to a Course

After a course has been created in the system, administrators can assign it to learners individually or in bulk by assigning it to teams. Assigning a course to a team automatically enrolls all current and future team members in that course, which helps streamline training assignments and ensure consistency across user groups.

Assign Learners to a Course

To assign a course to one or more learners:

1. Open the course you want to assign.
2. Click People.
3. Select Assign to Existing People. This includes all users in your Compliance Manager account.
4. Select the learners you want to assign.
5. (Optional) Select Send email/text notifications to notify learners of the assignment. This option is unchecked by default.
6. Click Assign.

Note: The checkbox to send email/text notifications is unchecked by default. To send notification emails after assignment, refer to the related article on sending notifications.

Assign Teams to a Course

To assign a course to teams:

1. Open the course you want to assign.
2. Click Teams.
   Some teams may correspond to Locations in Compliance Manager. Avoid modifying these connected teams to prevent breaking the Compliance Manager connection.
3. Click Assign to Teams.
4. Select the teams you want to assign.
5. (Optional) Select Send email/text notifications to notify team members of the assignment. This option is unchecked by default.
6. Click Assign.
