The Training system allows users to authorize third party applications such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Calendar (Outlook). These authorizations enable calendar syncing and virtual meeting integration, helping users manage training schedules and instructor led sessions more efficiently.
Available Authorizations
You may see the following connection options in your account:
Virtual Meeting Applications
- GoToTraining
- Zoom Training
- Microsoft Teams
Calendar Applications
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft Calendar (Outlook)
Note: Not all authorization options are available for every account.
Follow these steps to authorize a Third-Party App:
- Log in to your Training account.
- Navigate to the Authorizations section.
- Locate the application you want to connect.
- Select Authorize next to the application.
- Sign in to the third-party service and grant the requested permissions.
- Once completed, the application will display as Authorized.
Notes
- Authorizations are user-specific and must be completed individually.
- Changes to third-party account credentials may require reauthorization.
- Removing an authorization disables related calendar or meeting features until the app is reconnected.
