Link to another Website within Course

The Link to another Website option lets course creators embed an external web address directly into a course. This enables learners to access relevant online resources, references, or tools without leaving the course.

Follow these steps to link to another Website within the course:

1. Go to the course where you want to insert the link.
2. Select Add Modules.
3. In the modal that appears, select Create.
4. Choose Link to another website.
5. Enter the following details:
   • Title - Enter the name for the link as learners will see it.
   • Description - Optionally enter a description of the linked content.
   • URL - Enter the full web address of the external site.
   • Active - Enable this to make the link available to learners.
6. Select Save to add the link to the course.
