The Audits widget displays key audit metrics using visual indicators that reflect the current status of audits assigned to or visible by the user. These metrics help users understand audit workload and progress at a glance.
The following audit statuses are displayed:
- Overdue: Shows the number of audits that have passed their due date and require immediate attention.
- Upcoming: Displays audits that are approaching their scheduled due date.
- Completed: Indicates audits that have been fully completed and closed.
ℹ️ Notes
- Only audits that the user is authorized to view are included in the My Workspace audit summary.
- Audit metrics update automatically as audit statuses change.
- The Audits widget on My Workspace is read-only and provides a high-level overview only.
- Selecting an audit count or link navigates users to the Audits module for detailed review.
- The visibility of the Audits widget can be managed through My Custom Settings.
- Displayed data reflects user roles, permissions, and any applied filters.
