This article describes the Attestations section available on the My Workspace dashboard in Compliance Manager. The Attestations widget provides a visual summary of attestation completion status, helping users quickly track participation and identify outstanding attestations.
The Attestations widget displays a horizontal progress bar that represents the overall completion status of attestations assigned to or visible by the user.
The summary includes:
- Percent Complete: Displays the percentage of attestations that have been completed.
- Complete: Indicates the number of attestations that have been fully completed.
- Incomplete: Indicates the number of attestations that are still pending or not yet completed.
The Attestation status bar shows completion progress at a glance, with blue indicating completed attestations and yellow showing incomplete ones. The number below the bar represents the total attestations included in the summary.
ℹ️ Notes
- The summary includes only attestations that the user is authorized to view.
- Attestation metrics update automatically as responses are submitted.
- The visibility of the Attestations widget can be managed through My Custom Settings.
- The Attestations widget on the My Workspace dashboard is read-only.
- Selecting the widget or its links opens the Attestations module for detailed review.
- Displayed data reflects the user’s role, permissions, and any applied filters.
