This article walks users through a simple and efficient process for completing Employee User Training Tasks in the Training Center. These tasks help ensure employees complete required training related to regulatory compliance, workplace policies, and job-specific skills.
If you encounter issues or become stuck while completing a course, refer to the Helpful Tips and Troubleshooting Notes sections at the bottom of this article.
Follow the steps below, to complete an Employee User Training Task:
- Click the Training tab in Compliance Manager to open the Training Center dashboard. You can also access the Training Center by selecting the Training card on your My Workspace page.

Note: After selecting the Training tab or card, a welcome message may appear. The message content may vary by organization. Click Continue to my dashboard to proceed. To prevent this message from appearing again, uncheck Always show this message before continuing.

In the Training Center Dashboard, assigned training appears in the My Training section. This section displays training assignments grouped into the following categories:
- Overdue: Includes Not Started and In Progress assignments that have passed their due date.
- In Progress: Displays courses or learning paths that have been started but not yet completed.
- Not Started: Displays courses or learning paths that have not yet been started.
Note:
- The My Training section is dynamic. If you do not have any training assignments in these categories, the section may not appear.
- Users can select a specific Course or Learning Path card, or click See All Assigned Courses and Learning Paths to view all assigned training.
- Click on a Course or Learning Path card.
- On the Course or Learning Path page, click the Start this Course or Start This Learning Path button in the black section at the top.
Helpful Tips
Use the module navigation buttons in the top-right corner to move between course modules.
Note: Button labels and colors may vary by organization.
- Feedback: Submit feedback to your administrators about the course you are viewing.
- Previous: Navigate to the previous module in the course or learning path.
- Next Module: Move to the next module in the course or learning path.
- Exit: Return to the course or learning path page. Always use Exit to ensure your progress is saved before leaving the course.
Troubleshooting Notes

Most courses include two modules:
- A training module
- A quiz module
- If the training module is complete but the quiz remains locked, part of the training module may be incomplete. To troubleshoot:
- Click the training module title and select Resume.
- Click the menu icon (three lines) in the top-left corner to open the index panel.
- Review all sections:
- Completed sections show a checkmark.
- Identify any incomplete sections.
- Select the section immediately before the incomplete one and complete all remaining content.
- Once all sections show a checkmark, click Next Module in the top-right corner to unlock the quiz.

Many training modules include knowledge checks that must be completed to finish the module and unlock the quiz.
