Documents attached to incidents can be downloaded directly from each incident record, enabling users to quickly access and save uploaded files for review or reporting purposes.
Follow these steps to export documents attached to the incidents:
- Navigate to the My Workspace
Incidents. The Incidents Overview page will be displayed.
- Click Queue in the left-hand panel of the screen. The Incident Queue window will appear with a list of records.
- Click on the incident from which the user wants to download the supporting documents. An Incident Detail window will then appear.
- Navigate to the Supporting Documents section and click on the More Options icon to download all the supporting documents for the selected incident.
- Click on the Download All.
- Once the document is ready, it will appear in the download icon notification, as shown below.
- Click on the Download Center in the top-right corner of the page to download it.
- To download the individual document directly to the browser:
- Click on the Supporting Documents. A list of attached documents will appear below.
- Navigate to the desired document and click on the More Options icon.
- Click on the Download button. The document will be saved directly to your browser.
