Users can export both the list of documents, including details such as titles, dates, and statuses, and the actual files themselves. This ensures all relevant documents and their associated information can be stored and accessed in one place.
Follow these steps to export documents:
- Navigate to the Documents
My Documents. The Documents Overview window will be displayed.
- Click My Documents in the left-hand panel of the screen. The My Documents window will appear with a list of documents.
- To view all the available documents, navigate to the Filters and enable the Documents option.
- To download the List of Documents:
- Click on the download in the top-right area of the screen. It will download the list of documents.
- To download the individual Documents:
- Select the document you want from the list, or click on the master checkbox to select all documents in the list.
- The user can also adjust the number of entries displayed by using the Show field located at the bottom-right corner.
- Click on the More Options icon next to the master checkbox and select Download Documents.
- After your document is ready, it will appear in the download icon notification.
- Click on the Download Center in the top-right corner of the page to download it.
