This article describes how users can export detailed Compliance Manager record information across supported queues. The same steps can be used to download records from Incidents, Attestations, Audits, and Risk Assessments (Classic). In this article, we specifically guide users through downloading Incident Record Details, which can then be applied in the same way to the other record types.
- Navigate to the My Workspace
Incidents. The Incidents Overview page will be displayed.
Click on the Queue from the left side panel of the screen. The Incident Queue window will appear with a list of records.
- Choose the desired incident from the list to export any individual reports. You can also use the Filters to find the required incident.
- Click on the Download button in the top right area of the screen.
- Once your report is ready, it will appear as a notification on the download icon, as shown below.
Click on the Download Center in the top-right corner of the page to download it.
Note: The report will be downloaded to your browser in Excel format, and all record details will be included in the export.
Important Information Regarding Attestations:
The All Attestation list view provides a summary of each attestation. To export detailed information, including individual employee names, assignments, statuses, and other specifics, select and export the Open, Completed, and Overdue Attestation Responses lists.
