HIPAA Risk Assessments

Reports can be generated for completed surveys. For help exporting other HIPAA Risk Assessment data, please reach out to Healthicity Support.

Follow these steps to export HIPAA Risk Assessment data:

1. Navigate to the My Workspace HIPAA Risk Assessments. The Risk Assessments Overview page will be displayed.
2. Click Queue in the left-hand panel of the screen. The Risk Assessments Queue window will appear with a list of records.
3. Select the desired risk assessment and click the More Options icon. From the menu, choose Download Report. The report will be downloaded directly to your browser.
