This article explains how users can generate and download multiple incident PDFs simultaneously. This feature offers an efficient method for exporting large batches of incident records for reporting, auditing, or offline review.
Follow these steps to export incident PDFs in bulk:
- Navigate to the My Workspace
Incidents. The Incidents Overview page will be displayed.
Click on the Queue in the left panel of the screen. The Incident Queue window will then appear with a list of records.
- Select the incident you want to export from the list. You can select multiple incidents if needed. You can also use the Filters to find the required incident details in list view.
Click the More Options icon and select Save as PDF. The Save as PDF window will open, letting you choose the section you want.
- Select the desired section from the list. Users can also select multiple sections as needed.
- Click on Save as PDF.
- After your report is ready, it will appear in the download icon notification, as shown below.
Click on the Download Center in the top-right corner of the page to download it.
