Your Compliance Manager data can be exported from the queues/list views and from Reports. Sanction details can be exported using SureCheckUSA reports. Training details can be exported using Litmos reports. This article is broken down into the following sections. Click a section to jump there.

Exporting Compliance Manager Record Details
The steps below, apply to the following queues/record lists:
- Risk Assessments (For exporting HIPAA Risk Assessments, see this article here)
- Audits
- Attestations
Note: The All Attestations list export, is a high-level summary of each attestation (e.g. Completed Count, Incomplete Count, Due Dates, etc.). For a detailed export that includes individual Employee Names, Assignments, Status, and other details, select and export the Open, Completed, and Overdue Attestation Responses lists.
Step 1.
Navigate to the queue/record list view.
Step 2.
Export details by clicking the export icon appearing at the top right of the records list.
Step 3.
Access your report from the Download Center icon at the top right of the program. A blue checkmark will indicate when your report is ready.
From the Download Center you can:

Download the report to your computer.
-
Email the report to anyone in your database.
-
Clear the report from the Download Center list.
Note: The report will download to your computer in Excel format. All record details will be included in the export.

Exporting the Incident Queue List and Details
Step 1.
Navigate to My Workspace>Incidents>Queue.
Step 2.
At the bottom right of the incident queue list, expand the number of entries showing to 500.
Step 3.
Scroll to the top of the incident queue list and check the box to the left of the Incident ID header label. This will select all incidents displayed on the screen.
Step 4.
Click the Mass Actions ellipsis menu (three dots) immediately to the right of checkbox from Step 3, and select the Export option from the dropdown.
Step 5.
If you only have one page data to export, proceed to Step 6. Otherwise, repeat Step 3 - Step 4, for each page of data in your incident queue.
Step 6.
Access your report/s from the Download Center at the top right of the program. A blue checkmark will indicate when your report is ready.
From the Download Center you can:

Download the report to your computer.

Email the report to anyone in your database.

Clear the report from the Download Center.
Note: The report will download to your computer in Excel format. All record details will be included in the export.

Exporting Data from Reports
Step 1.
Within Compliance Manager, navigate to Reports
Step 2.
Select the report you'd like to export from the left-hand menu.
Step 3.
Select the date range (defaults to the last 30 days)
Step 4.
Click Build Report, appearing above and to the right of the report graphs.
Step 5.
Select the report format (i.e. JPG, PDF, Excel).
Note: After selecting the format, the report will begin generating in the background.
Step 6.
Access your report from the Download Center at the top right of the program. A blue checkmark will indicate when your report is ready.
From the Download Center you can:

Download the report to your computer.

Email the report to anyone in your database.

Clear the report from the Download Center.
Note: The report will download to your computer in Excel format. All record details will be included in the export.

Exporting Checklist Details
Audit and Attestation checklist details can be exported from the individual Audit and Attestation detail page.
Step 1.
Navigate to the audit or attestation detail page.
Step 2.
Click the checklist title appearing in the details section.
Step 3.
Click the ellipsis menu () and select Export for all checklist details or Save as PDF to export the graphic summary view.
Step 4.
Access your report from the Download Center at the top right of the program. A blue checkmark will indicate when your report is ready.
From the Download Center you can:

Download the report to your computer.

Email the report to anyone in your database.

Clear the report from the Download Center.
Note: The report will download to your computer in Excel format. All record details will be included in the export.

HIPAA Risk Assessment
A report can be generated for any Completed survey. For assistance in exporting any other HIPAA Risk Assessment data, please contact Healthicity Support.
Step 1.
Navigate to HIPAA Risk Assessments.
Step 2.
Select Queue from the menu options appearing in the left-hand panel.
Step 3.
Locate the survey in the Risk Assessments Queue, access the survey's menu options by clicking the ellipsis menu () and select Download Report. The report will download directly to your browser.

Exporting Documents
You can export both a document list and your documents.
Exporting the Documents list
Step 1.
Navigate to Documents.
Step 2.
Select My Documents from the left-hand navigation panel.
Step 3.
Access the advanced filter by clicking the icon.
Step 4.
Toggle on the Documents switch, to view all organization documents.
Step 5.
At the bottom right of the document list, expand the number of entries showing to 500.
Step 6.
Select all documents on the page by checking the box at the top of the list, appearing to the left of the Title column header.
Step 7.
Click the Mass Actions menu (three dots) and select Export to begin the report generation process.
Step 8.
Once your report is available, access it from the Download Center at the top right of the program. A blue checkmark will indicate when your report is ready.
Note: The red number badge, indicates the number of new reports that have not been downloaded, emailed, or deleted.
From the Download Center you can:

Download the report to your computer.

Email the report to anyone in your database.

Clear the report from the Download Center.
Note: The report will download to your computer in Excel format. All record details will be included in the export.
Exporting the Documents
Note: Only the most current, published version of your documents will be included in the export.
Step 9.
With your documents pre-selected from Step 5 and 6 above, click the Mass Action menu (three dots) and select the Download option from the dropdown.
Step 10.
Access your report from the Download Center at the top right of the program. A blue checkmark will indicate when your report is ready.
From the Download Center you can:

Download the report to your computer.
-
Email the report to anyone in your database.

Clear the report from the Download Center.
Note: The report will download to your computer as a .zip file. The .zip file will contain the list of documents and their details in an Excel file. Each document will also be included as its own file, as it exists in the system (e.g. PDF, Word, Excel, etc.).

Exporting Documents Attached to Incidents
Documents that are attached to incidents can be downloaded from the individual incident record details. For assistance with exporting incident related documents, please contact Healthicity Support.
To download documents from an incident detail page
Step 1.
Access the incident records' detail page from your incident queue.
Step 2.
Scroll to the Documents section.
Step 3.
Select Download All from the section's menu.
Step 4.
Access your report from the Download Center at the top right of the program. A blue checkmark will indicate when your report is ready.
From the Download Center you can:

Download the report to your computer.
-
Email the report to anyone in your database.

Clear the report from the Download Center.
Note: The report will download to your computer as a ZIP file. The ZIP file will contain both the document list as an Excel file, and each published document will be included as it exists in the system (e.g. Word, PDF, etc.).

Exporting TPM (Third Party Management) Details (formerly Business Associates (BA))
You can export your TPM list, Agreements and Contracts lists, as well as the Agreements and Contracts themselves.
Note: Agreements and Contracts cannot be exported in bulk. They must be exported individually.
Exporting the TPM (Third Party Management) list
Step 1.
Navigate to My Workspace>TPM.
Step 3.
Select All Third Parties from the left-hand navigation panel.
Step 4.
Click the download icon above the list to the right. The report will download directly to your computer. It should appear in your browser download area as well.

Exporting the TPM Agreements and Contracts lists
Step 1.
WIthin the TPM module, select Agreements or Contracts from the left-hand navigation panel.
Step 2.
Click the download icon above the list to the right. The report will download directly to your computer. It should appear in your browser download area as well.

Step 1.
Within the TPM module, select Agreements or Contracts from the left-hand navigation panel.
Step 2.
Access the desired Agreement/Contract profile by clicking the title in blue.
Step 3.
Within the Agreement/Contract profile, click the agreement title to download. The report will download directly to your computer. It should appear in your browser download area as well.

Exporting Employee Details
Employee details can be exported from the Reports section. This report includes a list of active employees and their related Compliance Manager profile details. SSN and DOB are masked and not visible in the exported document.
To export a list of active employees
Step 1.
Navigate to Reports.
Step 3.
Select All Employees from the menu options appearing in the left-hand panel.
Step 4.
Click the download icon at the upper right of the list.
Step 5.
Access your report from the Download Center at the top right of the program. A blue checkmark will indicate when your report is ready.
From the Download Center you can:

Download the report to your computer.

Email the report to anyone in your database.

Clear the report from the Download Center.

To export a list of Archived employees
Step 1.
Navigate to Admin>Users (left-hand navigation)
Step 2.
Filter on Archived status.
Step 3.
At the bottom right of the User list, expand the number entries showing to 500.
Step 4.
Scroll to the top of the User list. To the left of the Employee # header label, check the box to select all users displayed on the screen.
Step 5.
Click the Mass Actions ellipsis menu (three dots) immediately to the right of checkbox in Step 4, and select the Export option from the dropdown.
Step 6.
If you only have one page of user data to export, proceed to Step 7. Otherwise, repeat Step 4 - Step 5, for each page of data in your User list.
Step 7.
This report will download directly to your computer. It should appear in your browser download area as well.

Exporting Training Details
Training history can be exported from the Training Center Reports dashboard.
To export training history
Step 1.
Navigate to Training
Step 2.
Navigate to Training Center Reports
Step 3.
Select a report from the Quick Reports list.
Step 4.
Click the button appearing at the top right of the page.
Step 5.
Click .
Step 6.
When the report is ready, click Export Report under the Created Reports section.

Exporting Sanction Details
Sanction details can be exported from the Sanctions module under Reports.
To access Sanction Reports
Step 1.
Navigate to the sanction dashboard by clicking Sanctions, appearing at the top of your Compliance Workspace.
Step 2.
Select REPORTS from the available menu options.
Step 3.
Select a report from the REPORTS menu.
Step 4.
Enter parameters for the report when prompted.
Step 5.
Download the report when prompted.
