This article explains how to create a Combined HIPAA Security Risk Assessment Report using the Risk Assessments Queue. This report allows users to consolidate multiple completed risk assessments into a single export for review, documentation, or audit purposes.
Follow these steps to generate a Combined Risk Assessment Report:
Navigate to My Workspace
HIPAA Risk Assessments. The Risk Assessments Queue page will be displayed by default.
- Use the Filters panel to narrow results as needed (for example, Status, Category, Location, Risk, Due Date Range or Score).
- Select the checkboxes next to the risk assessments you want to include in the combined report.
- Click the More options menu (three dots) above the list.
- Select Create Combined Report.
Follow the prompts to generate the report. Once processing is complete, the report will be available for download.
ℹ️ Notes- Only completed risk assessments can be included in a combined report.
- The combined report reflects data from each selected assessment at the time of generation.
- Report availability and available actions depend on user role and permissions.
- Generated reports can be accessed through the Download Center once processing is complete.
