HIPAA Risk Assessment Queue

The HIPAA Risk Assessment Queue provides a centralized view of all HIPAA-related risk assessments assigned across your organization. This page helps you monitor assessment progress, identify upcoming deadlines, and ensure that responsible users complete required tasks in a timely manner.

At the top of the page, a search bar lets you quickly find a specific assessment by entering keywords such as the risk title, category, or assigned user. You can also use the Create button to add a new HIPAA risk assessment at any time, and the Download option to export the entire list for reporting or offline review.

A variety of filters are available in the left panel, allowing you to refine your results by category, risk, score, status, due date range, or location. This makes it easy to focus on the assessments most relevant to your workflow.

The main table shows each risk assessment as a separate row, along with key details such as the category (Security or Privacy), the specific risk being evaluated, the responsible team member, the risk score, the current status, any required follow-up, and the due date. Location and creation date are also displayed to help track the assessment’s history and organizational assignment.

Checkboxes next to each row enable you to select one or more assessments for bulk actions, making it easier to manage multiple records at once.
