This article will go over the process of archiving users. The process for doing this is slightly different for Employee Users, as it is for Administrator and Manager users.

Archiving Employee Users
Follow the steps below, to archive Employee Users.
- Click on Admin in the blue bar.
- Click on Users in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Use the Quick Filter to search for the Employee User you would like to archive.

Hover your mouse on the user row, and click on the 3 dots that appear to the far right. Then select 'Archive' from the menu.
- Check the 3 boxes to acknowledge the warnings, and click the Yes, Archive User button.
Archiving Administrators or Managers
Follow the steps below, to archive Admin or Manager users.
- Click on Admin in the blue bar.
- Click on Users in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Use the Quick Filter to search for the user you would like to archive.
- Click on Employee Name.
- Click on 3 dots above the profile and to the right and select 'Archive'.
- Check the 3 boxes to acknowledge the warnings, and click the Yes, Archive User button.
Archiving Employee Users Using Multi-Select
Follow these steps below, to archive users directly from the user list, using multi-select.
Note: Only Employee Users can be archived using multi-select from the user list. This is to prevent Admin and Manager users from inadvertently archive themselves. It is recommended to use the Role filter, to isolate Employee Users for multi-select archiving.
- Click on Admin in the blue bar.
Click on Users in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Use the Quick Filter to search for, or use the filtering options, to find the Employee User/s you would like to archive and check the box to the left of each user.
- Click the 3 dots next to Employee Name column header, and select Archive.
- Check the 3 boxes to acknowledge the warnings, and click the Yes, Archive User button.
