This article describes how to edit a user profile within Compliance Manager. Updating your profile ensures that your contact details and role information remain accurate and up to date.
Follow these steps to edit a User Profile:
- Navigate to Admin
My Organization and select Users from the left panel of the screen. The Manage Users page will be displayed.
- Use the Filters or Quick Search bar to find the user whose profile you want to edit.
- Hover over the user’s row in the list, click the ellipsis menu (three dots) on the right, and select Edit. The Edit User side panel will open. The user can also choose the edit option from the User Details page.
- Make the necessary updates to the user information in the Edit User panel, then click Update User to save your changes.
