Page Setup

The Page Setup options allow users to configure the overall layout of a document by adjusting margins, page orientation, and page size. These settings help ensure that document content is displayed and printed correctly.

Follow the steps below to access the page setup tools.

1. Open a document in the Healthicity Document Editor.
2. Click the Layout tab.
3. Select one of the following options:
   • Margins
   • Orientation
   • Size
4. The selected page setup options are displayed.

Configure Page Margins

The Margins option controls the amount of blank space between the document content and the page edges.

Apply a Preset Margin

1. Click Layout → Margins.
2. Select one of the available margin presets.
3. The selected margins are applied to the document.

Create Custom Margins

1. Click Layout → Margins → Custom Margins.
2. Specify the desired values for:
   • Top
   • Bottom
   • Left
   • Right
3. Optionally configure gutter settings.

4. Click OK. The custom margins are applied.

   

Change Page Orientation

The Orientation option controls the page layout direction.

To change the Page Orientation:

1. Click Layout → Orientation.
2. Select one of the following options:
   • Portrait
   • Landscape
3. The page orientation is updated immediately.

Change Page Size

The Size option allows users to select a predefined paper size or create a custom page size.

To apply a Standard Page Size:

1. Click Layout → Size.
2. Select the desired page size.
3. The selected page size is applied.

Create a Custom Page Size

1. Click Layout → Size → Custom Page Size.
2. Select a preset size or enter custom dimensions.
3. Specify the desired:
   • Width
   • Height

4. Click OK. The custom page size is applied.
