The Download Center provides a centralized location where users can access, monitor, and manage files generated from reports, exports, and bulk actions across Compliance Manager. It allows users to quickly download completed files without navigating back to the originating module.
The Download Center is accessed by selecting the Download icon in the top navigation bar. When files are available, the icon displays a numeric indicator showing the number of downloadable items.
Each entry in the Download Center represents a generated file and includes:
File Name: Displays the name of the report or exported file.
Download Icon: Allows users to download the file to their local system.
Share Icon: Sends the file to Compliance Manager users.
Remove (X) Icon: Removes the file from the Download Center list.
Notes:
- The Download Center displays files generated by the logged-in user only.
- Removing a file from the Download Center does not delete the original record or report.
- Large or bulk exports may take additional time to appear.
- Files appear automatically once export or report processing is complete.
- File availability and actions depend on user permissions and export type.
Share File
Follow these steps to share the file with Compliance Managers Users:

Locate the file you want to share and click the Share (envelope) icon associated with that file.
The Share with Others dialog box opens. In the Invite People field, select the user from the dropdown list. Only users within Compliance Manager can be selected.
- Click Share to send access to the selected user.
